The joint solution, according to both companies, will improve care quality and enhance documentation accuracy for reimbursement purposes. It is also intended to help lessen clinician workload and address burnout.
Navina’s proprietary engine incorporates Nabla’s ambient conversation data and connects it with historical information from labs, imaging, unstructured notes, and audio files.
Executives from both companies stated that the integration is aimed at reducing the need for clinicians to switch between notes, electronic health records, and third-party applications. Nabla and Navina stated that their partnership aims to help providers close care gaps, improve audit-ready documentation, and support reimbursement.
